Neuworks has over 57 offices, with over 20 offices that offer a balcony overlooking the streets of Cherry Creek. Each office comes furnished or unfurnished with standing desks. All pricing is all-inclusive and turnkey.
Larger teams, up to 30 people, can get an exclusive office suite with a secure entrance, multiple offices, conference room, and branding on their door.
Prices start at $699. Lease length can range from 3 to 24 months.

You first book a tour on our website and select your office. We make it very simple and everything is done digitally. You can often start the day of your tour.

Yes, all memberships include meeting room hours ranging from 5 credits to 30 credits each month. Any extra credits can be purchased at a significant member discount.

Neuworks is located across the street from the Whole Foods at 201 Columbine. The elevator to get to the Neuworks floor is through a walkway along 2nd Avenue between the restaurants or through the parking garage.

All of our pricing is all-inclusive and monthly. The only additional fees are generally parking and additional meeting room hours.

Neuworks has over 57 offices ranging from single person offices to larger 10 person offices. Many larger companies rent multiple offices next to each other. In the past teams of over 40 people have rented from us, but most of our clients rent one to three offices.
